Hosiery Production Process

The systematic manufacturing process of hosiery products covers five core links, including raw material processing, spinning, weaving, sewing and finished product quality inspection. The production uses mixed fibers such as cotton and nylon as raw materials. After being made into high-strength yarns through processes such as cotton cleaning, combing and drawing, seamless three-dimensional weaving is achieved through high-precision circular knitting machines. Key parts (sock heads and soles) are reinforced with hot melt adhesive or secondary weaving. After dyeing and shaping, high-temperature steam finishing, combined with optical inspection and manual re-inspection, the products are guaranteed to be flawless.
