We manage product quality and factory compliance through internal control measures and external certifications obtained.

In terms of internal control, we implement 100% full final inspection. This process includes conducting a final on-last inspection (100% on-last inspection) on every single sock to control the basic appearance and specifications of the products.

Regarding external certifications and recognitions, we have established a compliance system and have cumulatively obtained 12 international certifications and audits. These mainly include: the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification held by the factory; the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 ecological textile standard that some product materials comply with; and SEDEX, which covers social responsibility audits. Our production facilities and processes are also regularly audited by international institutions such as SGS.

Furthermore, our production system is designed to meet the factory audit requirements of international brands like Walmart and McDonald's. Related quality management practices have also received positive evaluation within the Coca-Cola Green Supply Chain Program.
