Sock Sampling Process

The sock sampling process is a crucial stage in product development, serving as the vital bridge between design concepts and physical prototypes.   3. Prototype Production: Using computerized knitting machines to create samples, typically requiring 3-5 adjustments to achieve ideal results. High-end sampling machines can precisely control each knitting needle's movement to realize complex pattern weaving.

  4. Setting Treatment: Employing steam setting to stabilize the sample's form, where temperature and duration control directly impact the final product's dimensional stability.

  5. Functional Testing: Conducting professional tests on sample indicators like elasticity, breathability, and abrasion resistance to ensure they meet design requirements.

Modern sampling technology has undergone digital upgrades, with 3D simulation systems allowing effect previews before physical sample production, significantly improving development efficiency. Professional sampling departments can typically complete the entire process from design to sample within 5-7 working days, providing reliable technical references for subsequent mass production. The accumulated process parameters and problem-solving solutions during sampling will become important technical reserves for batch production.
